Ellen Ashcraft is a West Linn, Oregon artist born in Central New York State and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She earned a BS degree in Graphic Design from San Jose State University. 

Ellen worked as a graphic designer in publishing and the tech industry and then in marketing for many years. 

Ellen loves painting in her light filled studio. She strives to capture the beauty of ordinary things.
